Defora Records presents “Normal People” the new EP by Romanian producer OlaRu. Originally from Bacau, his motto is: Music is Life and Life is Music. OlaRu’s passion for music started at a very young age, spinning the decks when he was 19 years old and always very eager to learn, listening to as much music as possible. As a skilled DJ and in the studio as a producer, OlaRu’s mission is to experiment, creating his unique sounds beyond the sonic horizons of underground music. In 2014 he released his first EP, followed by other releases for several record labels over the years. In 2017 he started to work with Looking Forward Agency (LFA) and since then he became an active player in the electronic music scene, playing along with other artists such as Stefano Noferini, LucaM, Just2, Carlo Lio, Simina Grigoriu, Hector, Alex Kennon, Joey Daniel and the list goes on. Let’s welcome him to the family with his first release on the label, featuring 4 original tracks that perfectly describe OlaRu’s unique blend of Techno, Minimal and Tech House. Defora Records presents “Tonic” the new EP by Romanian producer Jbogart. Let’s welcome on board this 27 years old artist from Bucharest, named Bogdan Crisan. Producing original music since a young age under the name of John Bogart (aka Jbogart), he’s also part of the musical project called Cert with his partner Eclectic. As an active member of the local music scene, he’s regularly performing as a DJ and many of his tracks are very well supported by other DJs. In the studio as a producer he’s constantly experimenting with new sounds and he never let’s down the opportunity to collaborate with other artists. Let’s dive deep in to Jbogart’s universe with his dark and hypnotic new release, featuring 2 original tracks and an exclusive remix by Eclectic. Always Good Vibes with a Hard Twist!

Defora Records presents “AneOMou” the new EP by greek DJ/Producer Meibe. Born in 1998 as Yorgos Chatziparasidis in Giannitsa, a small rural city near to Thessaloniki (Greece). His first contact with electronic music was at a very young age, first with the greek hip hop scene and later attracted and affected by the minimal techno scene from Romania and Germany. In 2016 Yorgos started to DJ in the local club scene as part of the Faces Series Team, created by well known greek DJ/Producer George Adi. Currently he is a resident DJ at the Tokyo City Bar. In 2017 he started to experiment with beats and sounds in the studio creating his own music. His debut release as Meibe was in 2019 on Hardcutz Records with an EP called “Meraki”. We are proud to welcome him to the family with his brand new EP “AneOmou”, featuring 4 original tracks that perfectly describe Meibe’s elegant and unique style. Always Good Vibes with a Hard Twist!

Defora Records proudly welcomes to the family international DJ/Producer ILTORO with his new EP “Animusic”. Born in Florence as Pierantonio Gualtieri, his relationship with music goes way back to the 80’s. First as a conservatory student graduated in percussions and later as a fearless drummer performing in several “new wave” Italian bands. Moving on to the 90’s, he started to work as studio engineer and producer for many music projects, including working with producers like Gareth Jones (Depeche Mode), Carlo Rossi, Alberto Pirelli and learning the secrets of the the art of recording analog music just before the digital revolution. Following his growing passion for electronic music, he started to experiment producing Techno and Tech House tracks and many of them are released on vinyl for labels such as Urban Mantra, Moustache, Neuton, Prime, News, Music Man. Since 2001 he lives in Koh Phangan (Thailand) where he’s an active member of the “psychedelic” local party scene, and it was right here that ILTORO new project was born, performing as a DJ and producing his new music. With his debut EP on the label, he’s taking us all for a memorable Tech House experience, with 3 outstanding bouncing tracks that will blow our mind and make us dance all night long.
