Defora Records presents “Musica Profonda Reworks”, the new EP by Louie Alto featuring Manipolato. This new release has a nice story to tell: a few months ago we received a track from Mr. Alto, a prolific and experienced artist/producer from London with an eclectic taste and musical background, heavily influenced by funk, jazz and latin music. However, the track had already been released online independently a few years ago by the artist and Louie asked us if we were interested in re-releasing it. We usually never release previously distributed tracks, but our founder Latino Pellegrini (aka Manipolato) found the original track interesting and had the idea to give it a new life by personally producing 2 original reworks of Louie’s song. This EP contains the result of this collaboration, where the captivating vocals sung by Louie Alto in Italian and English are now mixed with the new arrangements produced by Manipolato. The “soulful” rework stays truer to the original version, heavily influenced by old-school Chicago soulful house music. The “Deep Club” rework is dancefloor-friendly, driven by a groovy bassline and hypnotic synth lines, for a true after-party experience. Always Good Vibes with a Hard Twist!
