This eclectic duo of italian DJ/Producers from Milan (Massimiliano “Doc Juggler” Colombo & Lamberto “Mopoz” Carboni) started to collaborate in the studio in 2017, with the goal of blending together elements from two very different styles of electronic music: Deep House & Psy Trance. The end result of their sonic experiments is an hypnotic and trippy new style that they ironically call it “Psy-Deep”. For their very first EP, the two producers were deeply inspired by the liquid element of “water”, delivering 4 original tracks that perfectly describe their hybrid new style. Defora Records presents “Enhance Connections” DFR024 the new EP by romanian producers CGeorge & NHERD. They both have a solid reputation in the underground scene of Bucharest. CGeorge is a performer and producer since 2006, blending rolling techno rhythms with deep dub sequences and atmospherics pads, he delivers an hypnotic fusion of calmness and restlessness in his live sets. NHERD‘s passion for electronic music started at a very young age as the DJ of the “Sound House” parties and recently he started to produce his own tracks in collaboration with CGeorge. Together they started a new music concept in the romanian electronic scene called “The future sound of Bucharest”. Their debut EP on the label is an awesome introduction to their unique style and it features 3 elegant original tracks.

Defora Records presents “Artificial Insanity” the new EP by DJ/producer Ricky Leo. Born in Milan (Italy), his passion for music starts in his teenage years, performing as a drummer with local crossover bands. Despite his love for rock n’ roll, Ricky starts to mess around with mixers and electronic music, finding right there his true purpose. His musical style, always tense between tech and deep house, is trademarked by relentless and powerful rhythms. Eclectic and prolific as a producer, in 2012 he founds the side project Flatless together with Italian DJ/Producer Vesy and under this moniker they released many tracks for several labels (Apulia, Baci Recordings, Sick Society). In 2015 Ricky Leo releases his first track on a major record label “Three Sharp Knocks” with Berlin based label Get Physical. After that, many other important labels like Lapsus Music, Spades Label, Play Groove, Whoyostro, Gasoline Records came forward. The collaboration with Defora Records starts in 2017 with the remix for “Life on the run” by Avikal & Manipolato. Now, for his debut EP on the label, Ricky Leo delivers 3 original tracks filled with dark atmospheres and dope solid grooves, guaranteed to satisfy all your Tech House needs.
